Home at last

You may think that I have been very impressive to have put things on this blog since 14th May, the day after Eli was born, but actually the posts have been done by Dave and I have been in hospital until today. I am slowly recovering but after an emergency c-section I still look like a rather doddery 90 year old walking around and cannot yet pick Eli up or walk around with him. We are ok though and it is wonderful to at last have our gorgeous little boy with us. We have not had an easy time of it for various reeasons but we are very happy to be home as a family. Dave has been wonderful, looking after both Eli and me and I feel so blessed to have such an amazing husband. Anyway enough of that or I shall start crying and in my condition that is rather painful! Thanks to everyone who has been so supportive over the past week, we really appreciate it.
