To blog or not to blog

Seeing as we only ever really used this blog to put up pictures of Eli for friends and family who live far away I'm not sure it has much point anymore what with the advent of facebook. I shall have to think about whether we should actually start doing other stuff on here or whether we should just scrap it. Any thoughts?
